Tender for public anonymous competition for designing drafts of occasional coins issued in 2022 and an additional issue in 2021
In the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, nr. 31/21 the government of the Republic of Slovenia published a Directive to mark the following events by issuing occasional coins in 2022: 150th anniversary of the birth of architecht Jože Plečnik, by issuing commemorative coin and 150th anniversary of the birth of painter Matija Jama by issuing collector coins. In the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, nr. 36/21 the Government of the Republic of Slovenia published a Directive with which it decided to mark 30th anniversary of the Republic of Slovenia's statehood by issuing additional collector coins in 2021.
Banka Slovenije is tendering a public anonymous competition for designing drafts of occasional coins to be issued in 2022 and additional issue in 2021. Tender is published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, dated April 9 2021 and on the Banka Slovenije's web page https://www.bsi.si/en/tenders/public-procurement.
