Supervisory disclosure
Supervisory disclosures allow supervisors and other interested parties to compare the different approaches used in banking supervision, and thereby to contribute to the convergence of supervisory practices in the EU. As the competent supervisory authority, the Bank of Slovenia regularly publishes:
- information on authorisations granted
- information on administrative penalties
- information on non-performing exposures
- corporate financial indicators
- data on losses stemming from exposures collateralised by immovable property
- rules and guidelines in the supervision of credit institutions
- information on the exercise of options and national discretions
- list of public sector entities established in the Republic of Slovenia treated in accordance with Article 116(4) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013
- information on the supervisory review and evaluation process (SREP)
- aggregate statistical data
Under the ZBan-2, all information that the Bank of Slovenia obtains in supervisory procedures is confidential, and may only be disclosed under the conditions set out by law (publication of administrative penalties).
