Review of macroeconomic developments (and projections)

Publication Review of macroeconomic developments is issued eight times a year. It analyses the international economic situation, monetary policy, financial markets, the Slovenian real sector, the labour market, the current account of the balance of payments, inflation and public finances. It also includes short-term GDP growth model projections for Slovenia (nowcasting). An extended version, with additional analysis of the competitiveness of the economy and the financial situation of businesses, households and banks, is published in April and October.

In June and December, the publication focuses on medium-term forecasts of macroeconomic developments in Slovenia: GDP and its expenditure components, inflation and the main labour market indicators.

The publication combines three preceding publications: Semi-annual Review of Economic and Financial Developments, Macroeconomic Projections for Slovenia and Review of Macroeconomic Developments.
