According to Article 39 of the Banking Directive 2013/36/EU, we may inform you that Zagrebačka banka d.d. Zagreb has ceased to provide activities on a cross-border basis in your country with immediate effect. Notification for free provision of services transmitted to your authority is no longer applicable.

Please amend your records accordingly and acknowledge the receipt of this notification.
