Bank of Slovenia receives eleven reports of breaches via its reporting system
The Bank of Slovenia received a total eleven reports of breaches between 1 January 2018 and 30 June 2018 through its reporting system. Six of the reports were, in substantive terms, consumer queries and were passed to the relevant department without being processed under the rules for investigating reports of breaches. Among these reports, one consumer queries was passed from ECB to Bank of Slovenia. An investigation was launched and completed in the other five cases (one breach of the ZBan-2 and one breach of the ZPPDFT-1). Five reports are completed, two are in processing.
