Investment and investment finance in Slovenia: invitation to online event

The moderate growth in investment activity seen in Slovenia since 2016 has come to an end, as a result of the situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Together with the European Investment Bank, Banka Slovenije is organising a webinar to discuss the priorities and challenges to be addressed by Slovenia in its investment activity. The webinar features a panel of experts from home and abroad.  

Introductory talks by Boštjan Vasle, Governor of Banka Slovenije, and Lilyana Pavlova, vice-president of the EIB, will be followed by analysis from Banka Slovenije and the EIB. The panel will also include Maja Bednaš, director of the IMAD, and Sibil Svilan, president of the management board of SID banka. Further details can be found in the enclosed programme.

The webinar will be held via Webex on Monday, 11 January 2021, between 10 am and 12 pm.

Attendance is free of charge, and interpretation into Slovene and English will be provided.
