Press release from the meeting of the Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia of 16 September 2008

1. At today's meeting the Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia discussed matters relating to banking supervision and foreign exchange office's licences, and adopted a decision on the issue of two authorisations to serve as a member of the management board of Factor Banka d.d. and UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d.
   
2. The Governing Board was briefed on the Bank of Slovenia’s financial statements for the period January to August 2008.
