Decisions adopted by the Governing Board on 8 April 2008

1. The Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia discussed the Price Stability Report. The Bank of Slovenia will present the report at a press conference.
   
2. After dealing with the Price Stability Report, the Governing Board also discussed the regular monthly analysis of economic, financial and balance-of-payment figures, and studied international economic indicators.
   
3. The Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia also discussed trends in the banking sector and current lending activity. Year-on-year growth in lending to the non-bank sector fell in February, which was reflected in the lower net monthly increases in lending to non-financial corporations and households. The net monthly average increase in lending to the non-bank sector was almost one half lower than the average monthly changes in the previous year.
